Fuel Cells To Gain More Prominence?

Fuel cell technology has been around for a long time; however, adoption rates for this technology have been slow.  Could this situation change when large companies like Exxon Mobil take notice as to how fuel cells can be used to reduce Co2 emissions and address climate change?
